All server backup online

Our infrastructure provider is currently performing a major recovery operation due to a significant disk failure. The recovery process is still ongoing. We expect to provide the next update within the next 2 hours.

We have identified the cause of the outage and we are now working on restoring services. ETA: 4 hours next update
